CMC was the largest manufacturer of automotive replicas from their 160,000-square-foot headquarters by the Palmetto Expressway in Miami, Florida. George Levin bought the company in 1978 but was hut down in 1994 the Florida Attorney General’s Office sued the company because of excessive customer complaints.
