David S.A. had made vehicles called cyclecars between 1914 and 1922, then became a taxi company.

The black and yellow taxis in Barcelona are originally based on his work – and was a representative of Citroen.

In 1950, the David S.A company of Josep M. Muné presented a triscooter for urban-center distribution with mechanical design of their own. They made several versions, including a car for two people.

The company produced vehicles between 1952 and 1957, without abandoning the business services sector.

The David building is now the David Shopping Center, office building and Parking in Barcelona.
